Valued customer: If you require any help after receiving your ESTA Travel Authorization, please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will provide any assistance you request to the best of our knowledge. Please take a look in our FAQ section and/or at the information below before you make contact:
- Once you have submitted an application using one of our ESTA processing services our customer support team can help you with any questions you might have. Our multilingual customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Once the application(s) has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. You may use the email stated in that email to contact us.
- We always work hard expediting the processing of applications and our customers will in most cases receive a confirmed application decision by email ESTA within 72 hours. If you have not received your decision within 72 hours, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
